Welcome to the Freeq Magazine website.  Launched in May 2008 Freeq is leading the way in promoting independent music and art and raising awareness of social conscience issues. Fighting through the economic downturn during the winter of 2008-09, we are the number one print publication in the Midlands for independent music and art with a print run of 10,000 and an online readership which continues to grow at a rapid rate.

We have supported numerous up and coming bands and artists and our unique and unparalleled approach to style and copy strikes a chord with massive numbers of creative people.  Our content includes exclusive interviews, gig reviews, album and single reviews, ones to watch, artist profiles, social conscience, ethical fashion, gig listings, and much more.

We feature many of the articles on this website and also include features, interviews, competitions and reviews exclusively as online content.

If you want to be involved in the magazine and website as a contributor, advertiser or as part of a feature or interview then the benefits are excellent.  Please see the relevant sections for further information.
