News - Freeq News

sugarbabesSugababes are the first UK pop act to sign to Jay-Z's Roc-A-Fella Records. They finalised the deal with the famous label at a meeting in London last month. Roc-A-Fella is known for releasing work by high profile hip-hop artists, including its CEO Jay-Z, Kanye West, Beanie Sigel and Jadakiss.

Rumour has it that they've already booked recording sessions in LA and Miami, and are planning to team up with producers who have worked with Rihanna and Beyonce.

Only last week they revealed, via their official Twitter account, that they will be collaborating with producer RedOne, best known for his work with Lady GaGa.

The babes are currently working on their seventh album, which they described as "a biggie" on their website.
