Only thirteen days to go until the crowning of the 2010 Bar Awards champion, along with winners in 15 other categories as more than 100 bars, pubs and clubs have been nominated for awards.
This year’s increase in bars taking part and the response and enthusiasm from the public is excellent. Just goes to show that despite the widely reported doom and gloom, we all love to party!
Speaking of which… Tickets are now on sale for the Awards Party hosted at Pitcher & Piano, on 10th May. Headline guests are:

Born of the lions of seventies Havana. These guys are pure entertainment. Expect a legendary performance, sensational dancing, righteous comedy both physical and observational and fantastic music with the supported of the Soul Buggin collective, MHYH and Richard Spurr our compere borrowed for the evening from BBC Nottingham.
